WEVE limits the collection to the information necessary to respond to a request, frame a project, secure the service and ensure the requested commercial follow-up.

Data controller

The data controller is WEVE SARL, SIREN 794 515 403, whose head office is located at 1 Grande Rue, 42660 Le Bessat, France. Any request relating to personal data can be sent by the secure form.

Data processed and purposes

How the contact form works

The native form does not store the message in WordPress. After validation of the nonce, the honeypot, the minimum delay and reCAPTCHA, the request is sent to WEVE's professional messaging service. The reCAPTCHA secret key remains exclusively server-side.

How the wizard works

Before voluntarily sending a qualified request, the route is temporarily kept in the sessionStorage from the browser for thirty minutes. In AI mode, the exchanges and the attachment of the current round can be transmitted to OpenAI with the option store: false. The attachment is not permanently saved in WordPress. After consent and transmission, a summary and an internal pre-quote are recorded in WordPress for human review.

Legal basis and conservation

Requests are processed on the basis of the consent expressed in the form and, for the security of the service, WEVE's legitimate interest in preventing abuse. Requests for qualified leads and pre-quotes are retained for a maximum of three years after the last contact, unless earlier deleted or under a separate legal obligation. Messages received by the form follow the same maximum duration in professional messaging.

Recipients and subcontractors

The data is accessible only to authorized persons at WEVE and to service providers strictly necessary for operation: Hostinger for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS resolution and network protection, professional messaging, Google Analytics 4 and Google reCAPTCHA when you authorize them, and OpenAI when AI mode is activated. Transmission outside the European Union may result from the use of some of these services, depending on their applicable contractual mechanisms.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, limitation or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent. Use the contact form specifying “Personal data”. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL.
