The challenge
Develop a rich institutional site without interrupting its publication, disrupting its editorial teams or weakening the functionalities already in place.
The intervention
- Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of WordPress.
- Integration of new pages and evolution of the home page.
- Search functions and event management.
- Stripe payment forms and journeys.
- Front-end improvements and support for editorial developments.
- Technical coordination with the agency in charge of the main relationship.
What this case demonstrates
The ability to intervene precisely on a living reality, to coordinate responsibilities and to deliver progressive developments without imposing an unnecessary overhaul.
